Det laver jeg altid derhjemme når jeg synes at vi har fortjent lidt ekstra morgenmads-hygge.
Det er helt perfekt at servere friske (og lidt syrlige) bær til dine svampede arme riddere 🙂
Arme riddere er super lette at lave, det tager dog en smule tid, da alle brød skal steges til de er gyldne (det er lidt ligesom pandekager … Man undervurdrer altid hvor lang tid det faktisk tager at lave pandekager haha 😉 )

I always make frensh toast, when I want to make our weekend morning a little bit more cozy.
It is perfect to serve fresh (and a bit sour) berries to your soft & sweet french toast 🙂
French toast are so easy to make, but it can take a bit as you have to fry all the bread until it is golden (it’s like pancakes … You always underestimate how long it actually takes to make it .. hah 😉 )

Recipe
Serves: 4 persons – 16 french toast / 4 pieces each
Ingredients:
- 16 pieces of white bread or brioche
- 4 tbsp sugar
- ½ liter milk
- 6 eggs
- 2 tsp cinnamon (extra for sprinkle on the finnished french toast)
- ½ tsp vanilla powder
- Butter – For frying
- Topping: ex. Sirup, honey, freezedried berries, chocolate sauce, chopped chocolate, bananas, cinnamon, chopped nuts, fresh berries, pomegranate, passion fruit etc.
How to make it:
- Preheat a pan on high or medium heat (I use high heat and keep an extra eye on it)
- Pour eggs & sugar in a bowl and mix it
- Add milk, cinnamon & vanillapowder
- Mix it well & add the bread pieces to the mixture – Soak them wet & let absorb the mixturen
- Add butter to the warm pan, and fry the bread until it has gotten a nice golden colour & are a bit gets a bit crust
* Turn them, add some more butter & fry the other side until it becomes golden brown too - Eat while they are hot, with delicious topping on

Ohhhh I read this and now I need to cook the myself!! The recipe is really easy…
