[:DA]Hjemme hos os, laver jeg smoothies hver morgen i weekenderne – og de elsker det ♥
Jeg prøver hele tiden og lave forskellige slags, og sørge for at vi ikke får det samme hver gang.
Jeg elsker at variere min kost, og jeg elsker at prøve at putte så mange grøntsager jeg kan i mine smoothies & juices for at gøre dem sundere – men samtidig sørge for at de stadigvæk smager fantastisk ♥
I denne smoothie, har jeg tilføjet persille – som er super sundt! persilen (og persille smagen) har jeg prøvet at kjule lidt, ved at tilføje røde bær til smoohien (det er jo ikke alle børn, du kan få til at drikke en grøn smoothie 🙂 Min bonussøn ville dog gerne 😉 )
Opskrift
Antal: 4 store glas
Ingredienser:
- 1 bundt persille
- 1 appelsin
- ½ frossen banan
- 40 gram havtorn
- 40 gram frossen spinat
- 140 gram blåbær
- 140 gram hindbær
- 1 dl koldt vand
- 2 ½ dl appelsin juice
- ½ tsk kardemomme
- 1 ½ tsk vaniljepulver
Sådan gør du:
- Skræl din appelsin & skør den i både
- I din blender putter du: banan, appelsin, bær, spinat & persille
- Tilsær juice og blend det hele godt sammen
- Tilsæt kardemomme, vaniljepulver & vand (tilsæt vand gradvist,mens du blender – så din smoothie ikke ender ud med at blive for tyndtflydende)
- Blend den godt til den er cremet & blød
[:en]Well … I make smoothies every morning, in the weekends at our hos – and they love it ♥
I am really trying to make new versions of smoothies. I like variation, and at the same time, I really want to put as much vegetables & green stuff in the smoothies as possible, to make them more healthy.
In this smoothie i have added parsley, which i have tried to cover up with a beautifull red colour from berries (well .. It is not every child – or adult that want to drink a greenie ) also, the berries are covering up most of the parsley taste, as can be very dominant 🙂
Recipe
Yield: 4 big glasses
Ingredients:
- 1 bundle of parsley
- 1 orange
- ½ frozen banana
- 40 grams of buckthorn
- 40 grams of frozen spinach
- 140 grams of blueberries
- 140 grams of raspberries
- 1 dl cold water
- 2 ½ dl orange juice
- ½ tsp cardamom
- 1 ½ tsp vanillapowder
How to make it:
- Peel your orange and cut it into wedges
- In a blender you put banana, orange, all the berries, spinach & parsley
- Add orange juice & blend
- Add cardamom, vanillapowder & water (Add the water gradually, as you blend the smoothie, so that you dont end up with a smoothie that is to fluid)
- Blend until smooth & creamy
- Enjoy your healthy smoothie
