Antal: 20 – 24 cookies
Ingredienser:
- 270 gram brun farin
- 1 tsk vaniljepulver
- 2 store æg
- 250 gram mel
- ½ tsk natron
- Salt
- 1 tsk bagepulver med top
- 100 gram pekannødder
- 50 gram mørk chokolade
- 1 tsk kanel
- 1 spsk kakao med top (bagekakao)
- 150 gram blødt smør
Sådan gør du:
- Hak chokoladen & pekannødderne groft
- Pisk æg, brun farin & vaniljepulver godt sammen – det skal blive til en luftig masse
- Tilsæt mel, natron, bagepulver & salt
- Rør det hele godt sammen
- Tilsæt det bløde smør, chokolade, nødder, kanel & kakao
- Rør det hele godt sammen
- Stil din skål i køleskabet indtil massen er blevet lidt mere fast – så er den lettere at håndtere
- Forvarm din ovn til 180 grader – alm. ovn
- Lav en masse runde kugler og læg dem på en bageplade beklædt med bagepapir
- Sørg for at der er god plads imellem kuglerne, da de flyder meget ud.
- Varm i ovnen i ca. 10 minutter
- Efter de er taget ud af ovnen, lader du dem ligge på bagepladen i ca. 5 minutter for de kan sætte sig, derefter rykker du dem over på en rist, hvor de køler helt af.
- Opbevar dem i tætlukket emballage med bagepapir imellem lagene

Yield: 20 – 24 cookies
Ingredients:
- 270 grams of moscvado sugar
- 1 tsp vanillapowder
- 2 large eggs
- 250 grams of flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- Salt
- 1 big tsp baking powder
- 100 grams of pecans
- 50 grams of dark chocolate
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 big tbsp cocoa
- 150 grams of soft butter
How to make it:
- Chop the chocolate & pecans
- Mix eggs, muscvado sugar & vanilla powder well together – It has to become a light & airy mass
- Add flour, baking soda, baking powder & salt
- Mix it all well
- Add the soft butter, chocolate, nuts, cinnamon & cocoa
- Mix it all well
- Put the bowl in the fridge until the dough has hardened a bit – then it it easier to handle
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Shape the dough into round balls and put them on a bakin plate (with baking paper on)
- make sure that there are enough space between the cookie balls, as each cookie will melt and become flat
- Bake in the oven for aprox. 10 minutes
- Take the cookies out of the oven and leave them for aprox. 5 minuttes, after this, you move them to a wire rack and let them cool all down
- Store in tightly closed box with baking sheet in between the cookie layers
