[:DA]Der var engang .. Hvor jeg levede super sundt (altså, jeg lever også sundt nu! men virkelig sundt før). Der lavede jeg altid daddelkugler når jeg skulle have noget lækkert.
Det er simpelthen så længe siden jeg har lavet daddelkugler, men jeg har tit tænkt på at jeg skulle komme igang igen 🙂
Her forleden, var trængen til at eksperimentere med det, så stor at jeg gik ud og købte ind efter arbejde og gik igang med at sammensætte smage & ingredienser da jeg kom hjem.Det ene af mine eksperimenter blev så til disse lakridskugler! De er gode, og tager virkelig sukkertrængen – men husk at børste resterende lakridspulver af kuglerne, da det ellers bliver et for tykt lag af pulver du får ind i munden 🙂
Opskrift
Antal: 10 stk
Ingredienser:
- 100 gram dadler
- 40 gram blancherede mandler
- 1 tsk lakridsrodspulver/rålakridspulver + ekstra til at rulle i
- 2 tsk kakaosmør
Sådan gør du:
- Hak mandlerne i en minihakker/foodprocessor
- Tilsæt kakaosmør & lakridspulver – blend
- Tilsæt dadlerne og blend det hele til en ensartet & fast masse
- Rul dadelmassen til kugler og trill dem i lakridspulver

At that time, I always made date balls for my sweet tooth.
It is a really looong time since I have made date balls, but I have thought of making them for a long time 🙂
Some days ago, I really had an urge for experimenting with making different sorts of date balls. So after work I rushed out to buy the things I needed for the date balls, and started mixing ingredients to make different sorts.
One of my experiments, ended up with these delicious licorice balls! They are so good, and really satisfy the little aweet tooth – Remember to brush remaining licorice root powder off, or else they have a too thick layer on 🙂
Recipe
Yield 10 date balls
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of dates (no stones)
- 40 grams of blanched almonds
- 1 tsp licorice root powder/raw licorice powder + extra for rolling
- 2 tsp cocoa butter
How to make it:
- Chop the almonds in a mini chopper/foodprocessor
- Add cocoa butter & licorice powder – Blend
- Add the dates, and blend it all to a dough
- Roll the date dough to little balls & them roll them in the licorice powder
