[:DA]Her i huset der elsker vi bacon der er viklet om små søde & bløde dadler ♥
Tænk at en ting der er så enkel at lave – kan smage så godt! nam nam nam ..
Når vi skal hygge om fredagen, så laver plejer min kæreste at ønske sig Carpaccio & dadler med bacon. Så sidder vi der og bruger lang tid på at hygge, gnaske & se en god film 🙂
De er simpelthen så lækre. Server som snack, tapas eller side dish.
Den søde smag fra dadlerne, går super godt med den saltede & røgede smag fra baconen. Dadlerne bliver også sådan lidt karamel-agtige når de bliver tilberedte.
Da dadler er så søde, er de gode til at bruge som sødemiddel i f.eks en sund (N)ice cream eller smoothie 🙂 Det gør jeg selv.
Dadler er fyldt med A-vitamin, kalium, magnesium, fibre & vand – Alle disse ting er gode for dig 🙂
De er selvfølgelig også fyldt med frugtsukker, men tag det ikke så tungt. Det er naturligt sukker der er i dadlen – og ikke tilsat som I en pose vingummier (Hvor der selvfølgelig også er alt muligt andet crap i).
Jeg ville til enhver tid altid vælge dadlen frem for en vingummi – sundhedsmæssigt! Den er det mest naturlige for din krop og din helse 🙂
Opskrift
Antal: ca. 12 stk
Ingredienser:
- 1 pose dadler
- 1 pakke bacon i skiver
Sådan gør du:
- Forvarm ovnen til 180 grader
- Klip dine bacon i halve
- Rul ½ skive bacon om hver dadel – Luk med en tandstik
- Læg dine bacon-dadler på en bageplade med bagepapir
- Sæt i ovnen & steg i ca. 15 – 20 minutter
- Tag dem ud af ovnen, lad dem køle let af & hæl dem i en skål

When we are going to have a great friday evening, my boyfriend use to say that he wants carpaccio & bacon wrapped dates. We love it! We use so long time to eat, talk & watch a great movie – Great cozy food (can I call it that? :D)
Bacon wrapped dates are so delicious. Serve them as a snack, tapas or as a side dish.
That sweet taste from the dates, goes very well hand in hand with that salty & smoked bacon.
The dates are tastng a bit caramel-ish, when they are cooked.
Dates are really sweet, and they are great as a sweetness alternative in a healthy (n)ice cream or smoothie 🙂

Also … Dates are filled with vitamin-A, potassium, magnesium, fibers & water – All these things are very good for you 🙂
Yes, dates are also filled with fruit sugar, but it’s okay. Dates contains natural sugar, and not added sugar as in a bag of candy (That also are filled with a lot of other crap – by the way!)
I would always choose the date instead of the candy – If I look at it in the health way!
The dates are the most natural thing for your body & your health to eat 🙂
Recipe
Yield: Aprox. 12 dates
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of dates
- 1 package of sliced bacon
How to make it:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Cut your sliced bacon i half
- Roll ½ slice of bacon around each date – close with a toothpick
- Place your bacon-dates on a baking sheet with baking paper on
- Put them in the oven & bake for 15 – 20 minutes
- When they’re done – Take them out of the oven, let them cool down a bit & pour them into a bowl
