Opskrift
Antal: 2 smoothie bowls
Ingredienser:
- 250 gram hindbær
- 125 gram brombær
- 150 gram appelsinjuice
- 150 gram rismælk (eller anden mælk)
- ½ spsk chiafrø
- ½ tsk vaniljepulver
Sådan gør du:
- Hæld hindbær & brombær i blenderen
- Tilsæt appelsinjuice & rismælk
- Blend lidt
- Tilsæt derefter chiafrø & vaniljepulver og blend til det er en lind & halvtyk masse
- Pynt med forskellige lækkerier
Ex. Hindbær, kokoflager, nødder, kakaonibs & granola

Yeah, well … and it is healthy too! 😀 Try this delicious red raspberry smoothie bowl, and eat it with delicious topping on – just to get some consistency, and crunch while eating it 🙂
Recipe
Yield: 2 smoothie bowls
Ingredients:
- 250 grams of raspberries
- 125 grams of blackberries
- 150 grams of orange juice
- 150 grams of Rice milk
- ½ tbsp of chia seeds
- ½ tsp of vanilla powder
How to make it:
- Pour raspberries & blackberries into the blender
- Add orange juice & rice milk
- Blend a bit
- Then add chia seeds & vanilla powderm and blend it to a smooth & thick mass
- Garnish with delicious topping
Ex. raspberries, coconut chips, nuts, granola & cocoa nibs
