Min bonussøn er ogsü vild med alle de supper jeg serverer derhjemme, men manden skal stadigvÌk lige overtales engang imellem .. suk! han har lidt den der typiske mande-holdning om at suppe ikke mÌtter.
Denne tomatsuppe, er super lĂŚkker, sund og let at lave âĽ

Opskrift
Antal: 4 personer
Ingredienser:
- 1 kg modne cherrytomater pĂĽ stilk
- 1 pakke store modne tomater (4 â 6 stk)
- 4 fed hvidløg
- 2 rødløg
- 4 spsk mørk balsamico
- 1 bundt frisk basilikum
- Salt/peber
- Olivenolie
- 1 dl vand
- Evt. 1 chili
Servering:
- Creme fraiche
- Frisk basilkum
Südan gør du:
- Skyl alle tomaterne
- Pluk tomaterne af stilkene og skĂŚr dem i halve
- SkĂŚr de store tomater i kvarte
- Pil løgene & skÌr dem i grove tern
- Pil hvidløg og skÌr dem i grove stykker
- FlĂŚk, udkern chilien & skĂŚr den i grove stykker
- SĂŚt en stor gryde over mellem varme
- HĂŚld olivenolie i
- TilsÌt løg, chili & hvidløg
- Rør i det og varm dem til de er blanke
- TilsĂŚt tomaterne, vand, salt & balsamico
- Lad det hele simre pĂĽ mellem varme i 20 minutter under lĂĽg â Tjek det ind imellem, for at det ikke brĂŚnder pĂĽ
- Efter 20 minutter tjekker du at tomaterne er bløde & udkogte
- Riv det øverste stilke & blade af basilikummen og smid dem i blenderen
- HĂŚld tomatsuppen i og blend det hele godt
-  Server suppen med en klat creme fraishe, basilikum og evt. lÌkkert brød til

My stepson also loves all the soups I have made so far⌠ My man still needs to be convinced though. His opinion is that soup isnât a main course and it isnât satiating ..
This tomat soup are really healthy, delicious & easy to make âĽ
Serve the soup with delicious homebaked baguette
Recipe
Yield:Â 4 persons
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of mature cherrytomatoes (stem tomatoes)
- 2 big and mature tomatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 red onions
- 4 tbsp dark balsamic vinegar
- 1 bundle of fresh basil
- Salt/pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 chili â if you want
Garnish:
- Creme fraishe
- Fresh basil leaves
How to make it:
- Take of the stem on the cherry tomatoes & dice the big tomatoes.
- Put your tomatoes in ovenproof dish, add some oil & season with salt & pepper
- Slice and core the chili, add it to the tomatoes
- Peel your garlics and lightly mash it with flat side of a kitchen knife
- Add the garlics to the tomatoes and mix it all together
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes
- While the tomatoes are in the oven:Â Peel & dice the onions
- Put a big pot with olive oil over low heat
- Â Add onions & salt
- Turn it up to medium heat at let the onions get soft. Stir once in a while
- Add 4 tbsp dark balsamic vinegar and let it evaporate
- Take the tomatoes out of the oven and add the tomatoes to the pot and mix it
- Carefully pour it all into a blender
- Add basil to the blender (both leaves & stems)
- Put a lid on the blender, and blend it, to a smooth soup
- Serve with creme fraishe, fresh basil leaves & delicious baguette
â My soup was very orange instead of red.. If you want it more red â all of the tomatoes has to be very red and mature đ
