[:DA]For 1 uges tid siden, var vi derhjemme, og min bonussøn vidste ikke hvad han skulle lave.
Jeg sagde at jeg syntes han skulle gå ned og ribbe blommetræet på legepladsen, og så ville jeg bage en blommekage 😉
Han løb ned, og var væk længe … En af hans veninder kom også og joinede ham.
Da han kom hjem, dumpede han sølle 2 blommer i hånden på mig, og sagde med et stort smil at jeg skulle lave blommekage nu.
Jeg måtte sige, at det kunne jeg altså desværre ikke med 2 små blommer – og han fik dem med i madpakken istedet 😉
2 dage efter løb han ned og legede, og ville gerne have en pose med ned, i tilfælde af at han gerne ville plukke blommer.
Jeg stod i vinduet og lavede mad (hvor jeg lan se direkte ned på legepladsen), og kunne se hvordan ham og hans veninde klatrede rundt i træet lææææænge, som to små aber! 😀 ♥
Da han kom op, havde han posen fyldt med blommer hehe.. og jeg fik af vide at jeg skulle lave blommekage – for man skal holde hvad man lover! 😀
Det var hverdag, jeg havde været på arbejde og skulle lave mad – så kunne ikke helt overskue det…. Men jeg blev nødt til det (i weekenden skulle han hjem til sin mor jo)
Så dagen efter bagte jeg denne blommekage. Han var heldigvis vild med den ♥
Opskrift
Antal: 1 kage (24 cm i diameter)
Ingredienser:
- 150 gram sukker
- 115 gram blødt smør
- 140 gram mel
- 1 tsk bagepulver
- 2 æg
- Lidt salt
- 1 stang vanilje
- 1/2 tsk kanel
- 4 – 5 blommer
- Sukker & kanel til at strø på kagen inden den sættes i ovnen
Sådan gør du:
- Vask blommerne
- Skær dem over på halv & fjern stenen
- Forvarm ovnen til 180 grader – Varmluft
- Flæk vaniljestangen og bland den med lidt af sukkeret i em røreskål – Tilsæt derefter resten af sukkeret og smør
- Pisk sukker og smør luftigt
- Tilsæt æg og pisk igen
- Tilsæt mel,bagepulver, kanel & salt
- Pisk det hele godt sammen
- Smør en form og hæld dejen heri
- Pynt med blommer hele vejen rundt og i midten – tryk dem let ned i dejen
- Drys med sukker og kanel, evt. Brug en te-si
- Bag i midten af oven i ca. 45 minutter
- Køl ned og server evt. med creme fraiche til
[:en]A week ago we was at home, and my stepson didn’t know what to do.
I sugested him to go down to the playground and pick some plums, on the big plum tree, and then I would bake a plum cake to him 😉
He ran down, and was away for a very long time.. One of his friends joined him.
When he came home, he gave me two very petite plums and with a big smile he said to me, that now I should bake the plum cake I had promised.
I said that i could bake it with just two small plums 🙂 So I gave him the plums for scholl the next day instead 😉
2 days later, he ran down to the playground to play – he also wanted to bring a bag, in case that he liked to pick some plums.
While I was cooking, I could see him out of the kitchen window. I saw how he and his friend climbed on the tree, like two little monkeys for a very looong time 😀 ♥
When he came up in the apartment, he had a bag filled with delicious plums hehe..
He told me very specifically that now I should make a plum cake – because one has to do as promised! 😀
It was a weekday, I had been at work the whole day and had to make dinner – so I really didn’t have the energy…
But I had to, as I had promised it (and the comming weekend, he should be back at his mothers)
The next day I baked this plum cake. He loved it ♥
Recipe
Yield: 1 cake (24 cm in diameter)
Ingredients:
- 150 grams of sugar
- 115 grams of softened butter
- 140 grams of flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 1 vanillabean
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 – 5 plums
- Sugar & cinnamon to sprinkle on the cake, before you put it in the oven
How to make it:
- Wash the plums
- Cut them in half & remove the stone
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, hot air
- Scrape out the vanilla seeds and mix with some of the sugar in a bowl – Add rest of the sugar & butter
- Beat sugar & butter, until fluffy
- Add eggs, and mix well
- Add flour, salt, baking powder & cinnamon
- Beat it all well together
- Butter a bakingtin and pour the batter in it
- Top with the plums at the eges and in the middle (lightly press the plums in the batter)
- Sprinkle with sugar & cinnamon
- Bake in the middle of the oven for about 45 minutes
- Cool it down and serve with creme fraiche
