Yield: aprox. 18 cookies
Ingredients:
- 125 grams of butter
- 150 grams of milk chocolate
- 100 grams of hazelnuts
- 180 grams of flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 135 grams of sugar
- 1 egg
- A pinch of salt
How to make it:
- The butter has to be soft, so take it out from the fridge, in time
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
- Chop the chocolate & nuts
- Cut the butter into small dices, and put it in a bowl
- Add sugar & vanilla powder
- Mix it well
- Add eggs & salt
- Mix it well
- Add flour, baking powder, nuts & chocolate
- Mix it all well
- Place lumps of dough with a tablespoon on a baking plate (with baking paper on) and press them lightly flat (Remember to have some distance between the cookies, as they will float a bit out)
- Bake the cookies in the oven for aprox. 8-10 minutes
