Yield: 1 whole piece of rye bread
Ingredients:
- 1 big cooked potato – or 2 small cooked potatoes
- Fresh thyme
- Mayonnaise (Preferribly Hellmanns or homemade mayo)
- 1 tomato
- Pickled red onions
- Cucumber
- Salt and pepper
How to make it:
- Butter your rye bread with mayonaise
- Slice your potato, and put ot on the rye bread
- Slice tomato & cucumber and put it on top of the potatoes
- Pick some thyme
- Top the bread with pickled red onions & thyme
- Season with salt & pepper
