Yield: 1 bread
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 200 grams of flour
- 1 medjool date
- 40 grams of soft butter
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/3 tsp vanilla powder
- 50 grams dark chocolate (100% chocolate, with stevia or with a little amount sugar)
- 1 egg
- Salt
How to make it:
- Pre heat the oven to 175 degrees, hot air
- Remove the stone from the date & fold it out
- Put the date in a small bowl/rammekin & add 2 tbsp hot water
- Leave until you are able to mash the date with the water, until it becomes a paste
- Peel the bananas & mash them with a fork or mixer in a mixingbowl
- Add soft butter, salt, vanilla powder, date paste, cinnamon & egg
- Mix it very well
- Add the flour, baking powder & baking soda
- Mix
- Butter a breadform (that fits in size) or add baking paper & pour the dough into it
- Bake in the oven for 50 minutes
- Take out of the oven, leave to cool of a bit& pour the bread out of the form
