Recipe
Yield: 2 big glasses
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 4 balls of frozen chopped curly kale
- 4 balls of frozen spinach
- 1 bundle of fresh parsley
- 150 grams of cubed mango (fresh or frozen)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanillapowder
- ½ tsp acai powder
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 lemon
- 4 dl oat milk (or other milk)
How to make it:
- Roll the lemon (to release the juice) & cut the lemon in half
- Wash & chop the parsley
- Add the frozen ingredients, parsley, spices & ½ lemon to the blender
- Also add the milk
- Blend it well until it becomes a fluid & soft smoothie
- Season with more lemon juice if you wish
