Yield: 800 ml
Ingredients:
- 1 lemon
- ½ package of turmeric (25 grams)
- 500 grams of pears
- 1 kg carrots
- 20 grams of ginger
How to make it:
- Wash the pears & carrots
- Take of the stalk from the pears
- Cut of the ends on the carrots & the lemon
- Cut the big carrots & the lemon in half
- Juice pears & carrots together with turmeric
- Juice ginger & lemon
- Pour in a bottle or a glas – Maybe with some ice cubes in
⇒ TIP:
Juice can be stored in the fridge for 24-48 hours.. And not longer than 72 hours
