As you maybe know, I love great and healthy homemade food, and one of my favourites are homemade juice ♥
We do always make homemade juice in the weekends at our house ♥
Home made juice are super easy and fast to make (You only need a juicer), and it is 100% healthier than the juice you buy in the suermarket. Yes, it is easier to go to the store and buy juices to store in the fridge (and yes, of course I do that myself sometimes :), but then I am aware about which kind of juice/quality i buy.. A lot of the very cheap juices have never ever seen an prange or an apple)
Well – the best thing is homemade juice though. It takes no time to make amd you can make all kinds of variations 🙂
Here I have made a delicious carrot juice.
I have made a lot of different juices over time.. But here I have made a good old carrot juice, with just 3 ingredients. Made this way, you get a lot of vitamin-A and beta carotens 🙂
Recipe
Yield: 600 ml juice
Ingredients:
- 750 grams of carrots
- 25 grams of ginger
- 1 ½ apple (preferrably sour)
How to make it:
- Wash the carrots and cut of the ends
- Cut the one apple i half and remove the stalk from the apples
- Peel your ginger
- Juice all of your vegetables/fruit – yes you can juice a whole apple at if the hole in the juiver are big enough – no problem.
- Pour the juice into into a bottle and store in the fridge, or drink it right away 🙂

Remember to stir the juice if you don’t drink it right away

Juice can be stored in the fridge for 24-48 hours.. And not longer than 72 hours
The thing I hate about juicing, are to wash the parts from the juicer…. But fortunatelly I have a dish washer, and my juicer are able to go in the washer without braking 😉 – F A N T A S T I C ♥
