I just love confections on christmas – I both love marzipan & nougat!
I normally make a lot of confection, but this year I have tried to make something just out of nougat.
I have among other things, made these, with nougat & amonds. They are sooo good! ♥
Recipe
Yield: 9 pieces
Ingredients:
- Round chocolate forms
- 75 grams of nougat
- 40 grams of almonds
How to make it:
- Chop the almonds
- Roast the almonds on a dry pan
- Take a little bit of the most finely chopped almonds and store to use for sprinkle
- Melt the nougat (in a water bath)
- When the nougat has melted, add in the almonds
- Mix it well
- Divide the nougat in the chocolate forms with a tablespoon – sprinkle with the stored chopped almonds
- Put all the nougat bites in air tight package & put in the fridge to congeal
