I have to say it …..
We need more vegetables, and less fruit, in our everyday food 🙂
Smoothies are often filled with fruit & juice and not much vegetables. People think that smoothies (and other stuff) should taste very sweet (and a bit sour) …
I have tried to use more vegetables in my smoothies – As many as possible – But .. It should still taste good.
I think that my smoothies tastes very good, despite the big amount of vegetables haha
This smoothie with red cabbage are really good (and beautiful too! 😉 – That’s abonus, right? haha)
Do you have some begetables in mind, that would be great or fun to try to make a smoothie of?
Then just fire away … And I will make it 🙂
