Yield: 4 persons
Ingredients:
- 250 – 500 grams of plum tomatoes (Attached to a stalk)
- 2 big & sour apples
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 1 organic lemon
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
How to make it:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, hot air
- Carefully wash the tomatoes (as they are attached to the stalk) * Og you wish to serve the tomatoes this way, of cause
- Put them in a ovenproof dish, with baking paper on
- Wash the aples
- Make as many balls from the apples as possible, with a fruit baller
- Add the apples to the dish, together with the tomatoes
- Peel the garlic cloves & add to the dish
- Drip some olive oile on the vegetables, and mix carefully
- Grate ½ lemon on top & season with some sea salt
- Place in the oven for aprox. 10 – 12 minutes
- Take it out of the oven, grate the rest of the lemon over the dish & leave for a couple of minutes to cool down
