Delicious & creamy tuna salad ♥
It is so good on rye bread/whole grain bread or on an avocado.
Recipe
Yield: 4 persons
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of tuna
- 2 small/medium red onions
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise (I use Hellmanns)
- 1 ½ tbsp creme fraiche (18%)
- ½ – 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 pinch ground sweet paprika
- Salt & pepper
How to make it:
- Drain the tuna
- Peel the onions & dice them finely
- Add tiúna & onions to a bowl
- Add mustard, creme fraiche, mayonnaise, paprika and salt & pepper
- Mix it all well
- Serve or store in the fridge, in air tight storage
