Tzatziki are a Greek dich. It tastes amazing – and it is super easy to make ♥
Serve it as dip, or as a side dish to ypur dinner.
Recipe
Yield: 4 persons
Ingredients:
- 400 grams of greek yoghurt
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 cucumber
How to make it:
- Cut the cucumber in half & take out the seeds
- Grate the cucumber, and make sure to get all of the water out of it, by squeezing the grated cucumber
- Press the garlics
- Mix greek yoghurt, cucumber & garlic
- Season with salt & pepper
