And I think it’s great to find out new variations & juice recipes.. It is really nice with variation in your food & drink, and to make juices that contains a lot of vegetables and less fruit 🙂
I had this sweet potato in the fridge, and I was wondering if it colud be juiced? 🙂

I started peeling and cutting the sweet potato…. I juse a lot of fruit and vegetables with peel on, but I wasn’t sure if I could with this…
I then mixed the sweet potato with carrots & orange, and that’s why this juice are filled with delicious vitamins & beta carotene.
You can find beta carotene in orange vegetables, such as sweet potatoes & carrots, and the beta carotene gives your skin a nice tanned look.. and who would not like to get a all naturel sun tanned look, now the weather is getting nice & warm? 🙂

- Is containing a lot of vitamin-A (great for eyes & the skin)
- Gives a great satiety feeling

Sweet potatoes
- Contains vitamin-C
- Contains vitamin-E
- Contains vitamin-A
- Gives a great satiety feeling
- Filled with beta carotene
Recipe
Yield: aprox. 750 ml
Ingredients:
- 750 grams of sweet potato
- 8 carrots
- 2 oranges
How to make it:
- Peel the sweet potato and dice it
- Wash and cut of the ends of the carrots
- Peel your oranges
- Juice your sweet potato, then the carrots & at last the oranges
- Drink the healthy & delicious juice right away or store for the next day in a glass bottle

Remember to stir the juice or shake the bottle before drinking 🙂

The juice should not be stored for more than a week in the fridge, as you then lose all of the vitamins.
