Yet another smoothie has been made at my house ♥ ♥
Recipe
Yield: 2 glasses
Ingredients:
- ½ frozen banana
- 4 stalks of celery
- 140 – 145 grams of frozen (or fresh) blackberries
- 1 big orange
- ½ small lemon
- 5 – 7 grams of ginger
- 1 ½ dl oat milk (or other plant/cows milk)
- Vanillapowder
How to make it:
- Remove top & bottom from the celery
- Remove the leaves, wash the stalks & dice them coarsley
- Peel the ginger & dice it
- Peel the orange & dice it
- Roll the lemon (to release the juice) & cut in half
- To a blender add: banana, blueberries, parsley, ginger, chia seeds & vanilla powder
- Press the lime juice & add the juice and milk to the blender
- Blend it all, until it becomes a fluid & smooth consistency
* Add a bit more milk, if you wish a more fluid consistency
