Delicious egg salad for lunch or dinner 🙂
tastes so good, and are also great in wraps!
Recipe
Yield: 2 persons
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (I use Hellmanns)
- 1 ½ tbspcreme fraiche
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 lemon
- 2 pinch ground curry
- 1 pack of cress
- Salt & pepper
How to make it:
- Boil the eggs – Hardboiled (Cook for 10 minutes or more)
- Peel the egges & dice them
- Add the eggs to a bowl
- Cut of some cress (The amount you need) & add to the bowl with eggs
- Add mayonnaise, creme fraiche, dijon mustard, lemon juice (The amunt you need) og salt & pepper
- Mix it all well
- Eat right away (Top with cress) or store in the fridge in air tight container
