A little delicious meatball once in a while is delicious – Just not too much of them 🙂
I, myself think of traditional danish food as a bit boring . Just brown & boring – Both for taste & sight.
Maybe it’s just because I have been raised with only that kind of food …
To make it more delicious remember to add a lot of salt, pepper, yellow onion & a bit nutmeg – it will give them a lot more taste ♥
You can choose to eat the meatballs with traditional garnish as potatoes & gravy or with a healthier & more colourfull garnish as couscous salad with pumpkin.
If you are more to chicken, then I have an amazing chicken meatballs recipe.
