I love homemade fries. They are healthier than frozen store bought fries & they are also easy & fast to make 🙂
Eat the fries as a side to a nice burger, a piece of meat or as a little delicious snack with some chili mayo.
Recipe
Yield: 4 persons
Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes (baked potatoes)
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
How to make it:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, hot air
- Wash the potatoes & slice them (1 cm)
- Cut the slices into thin strips
- Pour into a freezing bag/container & add olive oil
- Shake & mix well
- Add the fries to a bakingplate, with baking paper on
– Set all the fries side by side. If they are in a bunk, they will nor become crisp - Sprinkle with seasalt
- Put in the oven & bake for 25 minutes
