Yield: 4 persons
Ingredients:
- 10 carrots
- Olive oil
- 1 tbsp akacie honey
- Some thyme (Fresh)
- Sea salt
How to make it:
- Wash, peel, cut the top & bottom of the carrots and cut them in half or quarters – Depend on how thick or thin they are
- Heat up a pan
- Add olive oil
- When the pan is very hot, add the carrots
- Sprinkle with salt & add thyme (Rub the thyme between your fingers – over the pan, so that the leaves ar added to the carrots. Then add the stalks, with the rest of the leaves on
- Fry for about 2 minutes
- Add honey & fry for aprox. 15 minutes – Stir once in a while – The carrots should have gotten colour & be cooked, but still have some bite
