Well .. I have just had a cold .. a big one!
The first winter cold has come upon me. I was home from work for two days, to get better.
I had a cold, migrene & just a really tired body
As I was laying in my bed – Feeling sorry for myself – My juice mashine came to my mind (I used it all the time before – but haven’t been using it for a looong time 🙁 ) I said to myself that I should start using it, and maybe make a anti-cold-mixture!!!
Really fast I made up a shoppinglist inside my head, with fruit that would be great to make a juice with.
The juice had to contain a lot of vitamin-C & anti-inflammatory.
I actually bought some chili, and added it to the juice as well.. I was pretty nervous that it would be terrible, and that the juice would be undrinkable. But it was great 😉
Actually ….. I wondered if I could add garlic to the juice too .. But NO! This time I had to stop myself & my food creativity haha. The juice should taste good too – Not only be healthy 😉
The juice is strong! It’s good – But strong! Because of the chili.
After you have had some sips, the taste buds get used to the strong chili juice.
At first I thought: “WOW, It is really hot – argh” .. But after I had some more, I actually really loved it, and drank 1 glas after the other.
I drank 2 liters, in 2 days 🙂 It is sooo good! ♥ ♥
