Recipe
Yield: 4 persons
Ingredients:
- 8 fresh carrots
- 2 tbsp akacie honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Sea salt
How to make it:
- Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees, hot air
- Cut the lemon in half (You can roll it before, to release more of the juice)
- Wash the carrots & cut of the most of the top
- Mix honey, olive oil & 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Dice the lemon
- Put the carrots on a bakingplate, with baking paper on
- Pour the honey/oil mixture on top of the carrots & mix
- Sprinkle with sea salt & add the lemons
- Bake in the oven for aprox. 30 minutes
- Take out of the oven & squeeze the juice from the oven roasted lemons over the carrots
