I really often make tuna salad. The few times we eat ryebread for dinner, I make tuna salad. If I am having ryebread for dinner, I really want some delicious, helathy and satiating stuff to put on ♥
I also make tuna salad for breakfast in the weekends, on my homebaked buns and also to Alexander in his lunch box in school. He loves tuna salad!
Recipe
Yield: 2 persons
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of tuna in water (I use John west – the best ones)
- Salt/pepper
- 2 ½ tbsp of mayonnaise (I use hellmanns)
- about 1 tsp of honey mustard or dijon mustard
- ½ big red onion, or 1 small
How to make it:
- Open your tuna cans and pour out the water – put the tuna in a bowl
- Dice your onion and add it to the tuna
- Season with salt & pepper
- Add the mayonnaise and mix it all very well
- Season with the mustard
