Right now, I am in a period where I make healthy food, and healthier food alternatives. Long long time ago (when I was in a very healthy state of mind) I always made bean fries for dinner or as a snack. It just tastes so good.
– Healthy fries – Could you imagine anythig better? ♥
When you fry them in the oven, they get so crispy & delicious. Eat them as they are or as garniture. Dip the bean fries in aioli or chili mayo.
Det best about this delicious & healthy snack is that it is so fast & easy to make – yay! 🙂
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of frozen beans (400 grams)
- Sea salt
- Oliveoil
How to make it:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (hot air)
- Open your bag of frozen beans & pour them into a freezing bag
- Add some seasalt & some oliveoil
- tie a knot on the bag and mix it all together
- Pour out the beans on a baking sheet (with baking paper), sprinkle with seasalt & put them in the oven
- Fry in the oven for about 30 minuttes (you can flip them when half of the baking time has past)
- Take them out of the oven, and eat them with delicious dipping – Like chili mayo or aioli

Bliver de sprøde eller slaskede, eller en mellemting? 🙂
Mine bliver sprøde :), men læg dem ikke i en bunke oven i hinanden, lige efter de er taget ud af ovnen, så kan de godt blive bløde… men sådan er det jo med de fleste ting der skal være sprøde (vafler b.la 😉 )
