Recipe
Yield: 1 bowl
Ingredients:
- ½ avocado
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 handfull of frozen/fresh/thawed blackberries
- 20 grams curly kale (Fresh or frozen – I use fresh)
- 1 lemon (I use ½ or more)
- Vanillapowder
- Plantmilk (Or ordinary milk) – 1 dl + a bit more
- If you want, you can add some frozen buckthorn or buckthorn powder, to make it a bit more sour
How to make it:
- In a blender/bullet, add blackberries, banana, avocado & vanillapowder
- If you are using fresh kale, then cut of the long stalk & chop it
- Add kale to the blender
- Add juice from ½ lemon + 1 dl milk, to the blender
- Blend it well
- Add a bit more milk to the blender – Not to much (Maybe a bit under ½ dl)
- Season with a bit more lemon juice
- Eat with a lot of delicious toppigng & fresh fruit (banana, blackberries, pomegranate etc.)
⇒ As topping, I use a delicious granola, with cocoa & raspberry.
it contains no added sugar & a lot of fibers, wholemeal & vitamins. I love it! ♥

- Freeze dried raspberry
- Popped quinoa
- Cocoa nibs
- Hamp seeds
- Different other seeds ..
