Recipe
Yield: 2 glasses
Ingredients:
- 120 grams of pineapple (Fresh or frozen)
- 100 grams of mango (Fresh or frozen)
- 1 frozen banana
- 300 ml plant milk – Rice milk/Oat milk (Or ordinary milk)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tsp buckthorn powder
- 1 tsp lucuma powder
How to make it:
- To a blender, food processor or mini chopper, add banana, mango, pineapple & the powder/spices
- Add plant milk or ordinary milk
- Blend until it has a smooth consistency & pour in a glass with straw
